Grooming Lounge promo codes & deals

Earn free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Usually orders are shipped within one business day. The only thing that might delay an order is if they're waiting for an item to arrive, or, if you place an order over a busy weekend. You'll receive an email with tracking information once the item has shipped from the warehouse.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 60 days of the date of purchase for a full refund to the method of payment. Product must be returned only in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken, if present, and with all literature and factory seals in place.

The merchant offers a no-questions-asked, 100% money-back guarantee on their own products within 60 days. Just e-mail them, and they'll provide an instant store credit to try something else. That's right, you don't even have to send anything back! You must have an account with them to receive the store credit.

They do not take returns on any used products. Body hair tools cannot be returned once removed from their original packaging. Send the merchant an e-mail prior to ordering and they're happy to help you choose the best product for your grooming needs because they know grooming can be tricky.

If there's any problem with your order that stems from a mix-up/damage on the merchant's end, contact them to receive a pre-paid return slip along with the necessary items.
