About Green Chef
Green Chef makes preparing delicious, healthy meals fast and effortless by shipping pre-measured ingredients right to your door, with easy-to-follow instructions helping you to do the cooking yourself. Shipping
What is Green Chef's shipping and delivery policy?
Green Chef delivers to most neighborhoods in the continental United States. If you’re unsure if your area is covered, you can find out by signing up for an account; if you aren’t in a coverage area, Green Chef will contact you when they eventually do offer service to your neighborhood. Unfortunately, neither Hawaii nor Alaska are eligible for Green Chef delivery at this time.
Returns
What is Green Chef's return and refund policy?
If there’s a problem with your delivery, you can contact Green Chef’s Customer Care team to discuss a refund or second shipment.
Cancellations
What is Green Chef's cancellation policy?
Since Green Chef is a weekly meal delivery service, you can opt to “skip” any given week’s delivery, up to a maximum of four times, or you can opt to cancel your subscription entirely. If you do not cancel five full days before your next delivery is scheduled, you will still be charged for and receive that final delivery.
Questions shoppers ask about Green Chef
Are there special discounts for veterans and first responders?
Yes! Veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders, medical providers, nurses and teachers can all access special discounts.
Do I need to be home to sign for my Green Chef box?
Green Chef does not require a signature for delivery, and they use insulated and refrigerated packaging, so you can rest assured that your ingredients will stay fresh, at least until the end of the day on which they’re delivered.
What is Green Chef's return policy?
If you are unhappy with any part of your meal box, or a specific meal kit, you can reach out to Green Chef at help@greenchef.com or call customer care at 888-236-7295. Please do so within one week of the date you received the unsatisfactory item. If related to ingredients or condition of a meal kit, Green Chef, at their sole discretion, may give you credit for the individual ingredient or meal kit, and in some situations, issue a partial or full refund for the ingredient or the meal kit.
