Reschedule your LoadUp appointment anytime before the scheduled service window. Open the Manage My Order page through the link in your confirmation email or visit the LoadUp website directly. You may choose a new appointment time without paying a penalty or rescheduling fee.
What is LoadUp's refund policy?
LoadUp considers payments nonrefundable unless the company provides different terms in writing. Send any billing dispute in writing within 30 days of the transaction date. LoadUp may reject the claim if you miss that deadline, and you will waive your right to dispute the charge.
