If you book certain items in advance, you won't be charged a $2 convenience fee. You can reserve a spot at least 24 hours in advance, and we recommend booking your times with as much advance notice as possible.

You can cancel your reservation for free up to 48 hours before your visit. No booking shall be deemed accepted unless accepted in writing by Go Ape. which shall include acceptance via Go Ape's email confirmation of booking.

You must advise Go Ape as soon as possible of any mistake in Go Ape's booking confirmation. Go Ape shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that you and your party's participation commences at the time booked and it shall be the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time. Late arrivals are subject to Go Ape's No-Show Policy and may not be permitted to undertake the Activities based on availability in Go Ape's sole discretion.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made either through the Self Service Portal or by contacting the booking line. Participants are responsible for ensuring that Go Ape receives the request.

Participants may reschedule or cancel their booking up to the time of their scheduled booking with the self-service portal found in their confirmation email. No monetary refunds will be given for rescheduled or cancelled bookings. All cancelled bookings shall receive a refund gift card in the amount of their purchase less applicable fees.

Participants that do not show at the reserved booking time without prior notice of cancellation or late arrival shall be subject to the NO-SHOW policy and will not be eligible for a monetary refund, rescheduling, gift card, or other credit.

In the event Go Ape needs to close an Activity prior to your booking, participants will have the option to reschedule the booking, receive a refund gift card in the amount of the cancelled booking, or a full monetary refund.

In the event an Activity needs to close during your adventure, participants will have the ability to reschedule for a full adventure at a later date or receive a raincheck to schedule at a later date. Under these circumstances, no monetary refunds will be issued. c. Contractual group bookings and bookings purchased through third-party vendors shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in their respective agreements, including terms related to cancellations on behalf of Go Ape.
