Questions shoppers ask about Giftory

How does a purchase at Giftory work?

When you make a purchase, you purchase a voucher that goes toward a certain experience. You can exchange this voucher at any time, and vouchers never expire. So, if your recipient doesn't want to drive a supercar on a racetrack and would rather make perfume at a perfumery, they can exchange one experience for another.

What is the exchange policy for Giftory?

If you haven't redeemed your experience yet or booked a date, you're free to exchange it for something else at any time, no questions asked. And even if you've already booked it, you still have the option to exchange it, as long as it's outside of the posted cancellation policy found on the Experience Detail page.

How do I apply a Giftory promo code?
