Questions shoppers ask about Sensate

What is the Sensate shipping policy?

All orders are sent directly to the fulfillment center when the order is placed. Processing time includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. This takes one to two business days.

After processing, all orders are shipped with appropriate carriers using tracked services. Delivery of items is usually within 7 to 10 days. Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival. Please check your local government agency for these costs.

What is the Sensate refund policy?

If, within 90 days of receipt of your item(s), you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any Sensate unit for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax.

Import fees or duties paid at delivery are non-refundable, as these charges are collected directly by your local government and not by Sensate.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, with the following exceptions:

  • If the products are faulty or misdescribed
  • If you are ending the contract because the merchant has informed you of an upcoming change to the product's usability.

For purchases made in the United States, accessories are not eligible for return or refund, as they are sold by third-party vendors. Sensate offers a 12-month limited warranty outside of the 90-day return period. Refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 days of the merchant receiving the merchandise.
