About Epic!
About Epic!
Over 40,000 books, audiobooks, and learning videos organized by age and reading level make Epic! one of the most comprehensive digital reading platforms available for kids. Teachers use it in classrooms to supplement curricula, and parents rely on it at home to keep young readers engaged with material that actually matches their developmental level. The interface is designed for younger users to navigate independently, and the content is educator-curated rather than algorithmically assembled, which makes a noticeable difference in quality.
Questions shoppers ask about Epic!
Can I get a refund on my Epic! subscription?
In most cases, Epic! subscriptions are non-refundable. If you believe there's a billing error, contact Epic!'s support team directly, and they'll work with you to resolve the issue.
How do I cancel my Epic! subscription?
Cancellation steps depend on how you originally subscribed, not how you typically access Epic!. Follow the instructions specific to your sign-up method, whether that's the website, Apple, or Google Play.
What's the difference between cancelling a monthly and annual Epic! plan?
Monthly subscribers keep access through the end of the current billing cycle after cancelling. Annual subscribers have prepaid for a full 12 months and retain access for that entire period regardless of when they cancel.
What happens to my access after I cancel Epic!?
You'll still have access to the free Epic Basic version once your paid subscription ends. This gives you a limited version of the library to continue using even without an active paid membership.
