Price match
What is FabFitFun's price matching and adjustment policy?
FabFitFun offers a Price Match Guarantee to members. If you purchase an item in one of its sales and find the same product for a lower price at an eligible retailer or in a future FabFitFun sale, they'll add a promotional credit for the difference to your account. To request a price match, contact customer service with a link to the lower-priced product. Once validated, a promotional credit will be added to your account, covering only the difference in retail prices. Additional fees, taxes, and shipping costs are not included.
- Eligible products must be identical in all aspects, including brand, size, color, and must be in stock and available for purchase at the time of the price match request. The guarantee is exclusive to purchases made in FabFitFun sales and excludes in-store offers.
- Annual and Seasonal Members can request a price match, while guest pass purchases are not eligible. Requests must be submitted within seven days of the last date of the FabFitFun sale or within thirty days if the lower price is from a FabFitFun sale.
