About EZPrints
About EZPrints
Photos sitting on a phone or a hard drive don't do much for anyone. EZPrints turns them into something worth keeping, offering photo books, wall art, canvas prints, custom gifts, and home decor that people actually display. The design tools are built to be straightforward, so putting something together doesn't require any design experience. It's a popular destination for marking milestones, creating personalized gifts, and turning years of accumulated memories into something tangible and lasting.
Questions shoppers ask about EZPrints
What is EZPrints' refund policy?
Return your order within 30 days of purchase. If you're returning it for reasons other than an EZPrints error, a 50% return fee applies. Orders returned more than 60 days after purchase may get store credit instead of a refund.
What is EZPrints' shipping policy?
Economy shipping takes 8 to 10 business days, standard shipping takes 5 to 7 days, and overnight shipping arrives the next business day. Processing takes 2 to 4 business days for most products, or up to 5 days for canvas, jewelry, photo books, and pillows.
Does EZPrints ship internationally?
Yes, international orders normally arrive within 14 business days, not including weekends. Check your shipping total in your cart before checkout, since delivery estimates can vary depending on your destination and the shipping option you select.
What is EZPrints' "Make It Right" guarantee?
If your order arrives damaged or flawed due to an EZPrints mistake, you'll get a free replacement at no extra cost. If the issue is on your end, like a low-resolution image, EZPrints will help you fix it and share the cost of a replacement.
