About DSW
About DSW
DSW, short for Designer Shoe Warehouse, is one of our favorite destinations for all things footwear. We love picking up shoes, boots, sandals and accessories from popular brands at (whoop, whoop) competitive prices.
While DSW's prices are always great, you can drop your total even more with some of our favorite savings tips for shoe aficionados. Some examples include shopping during the DSW Semi-Annual Sales and Black Friday event for discounts of 50% or more!
Returns
What is DSW's return and refund policy?
If you're not happy with your DSW purchase, you have 60 days to make a return or exchange.
In-store returns and exchanges are free. However, you'll have $8.50 deducted from your refund (to pay for return shipping) if you make a DSW return by mail.
Pickup
What pickup options does DSW offer?
Some purchases can be picked up in store if your items are in stock at your local DSW. Orders are usually ready within a few hours.
Another way to get free shipping is to have an order shipped to a DSW store. DSW will email you when your order is ready to be picked up.
Both options are great ways to bypass shipping fees!
