Diamond Art Club promo codes & deals

Diamond Art Factory offers a Diamond Membership for $9.99 per month that provides 65% off every diamond painting purchase. The discount applies automatically at checkout with no limits or exclusions on eligible items. Members keep access to the discounted pricing while the subscription remains active and can cancel at any time through their account settings without penalties or long-term commitment.

Diamond Art Club provides order tracking in your account under Order History once your order ships, with shipment updates displayed as they become available. A tracking number is also sent by email once the package leaves the warehouse, allowing you to monitor delivery.

Diamond Art Club offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75, which is applied automatically at checkout once the order meets the minimum threshold. Orders below $75 are charged standard shipping rates based on destination and carrier pricing.

To start a return with Diamond Art Club, customers must contact support within 30 days of receiving the order and request a return authorization. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Once the return is received and approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method.
