Dell promo codes & deals

Dell is one of the most recognized technology brands in the world. Known primarily for its popular lineup of personal computers, the company also sells monitors, computer peripherals, home electronics, network servers, and other IT hardware and services.

While you can buy Dell laptops, 2-in-1s and desktops at other retail stores, shopping directly at Dell.com is where you’ll find the newest models — featuring the latest Intel and AMD processors — and can customize builds to fit your needs. Outside of its own products, Dell has also expanded its store goods to include computer accessories, smart home devices, wearables and more from top brands like Samsung, Garmin, Sony, Logitech, Google Nest, Netgear and Arlo.

When shopping at Dell, you’ll encounter no shortage of sales and coupons to find the right machine for your needs at the price that works for your wallet. They even have a 30-day price guarantee. You can find all those promotions and deals here at RetailMeNot, and head on over to our Dell Outlet page where you can see the latest offers on Dell’s overstock and refurbished inventory.

Dell Customer Service

Dell puts a high emphasis on customer service not just order assistance, but also technical support. You can even chat with product experts to learn more about available products and what you may need. The easiest way to contact Dell customer service is through its live chat option (available on its website and through the Messenger app). If you prefer a phone call, you can reach Dell at 1-877-272-3355.

Dell offers free shipping on every order, but Dell Rewards members have it even better. You can join for free and get free expedited shipping on eligible items.

Dell offers a 30-day return policy for most products purchased directly from their website, excluding purchases made through commercial purchase orders. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date, and once approved, Dell will issue a Credit Return Authorization (CRA) number. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in as-new condition, including all accessories and documentation. Refunds may be reduced by shipping, handling, and restocking fees unless the product is defective or Dell made an error. Some products, such as software, gift cards, customized items, and certain enterprise products, are not eligible for return. Promotional items may affect the refund amount if the primary item is returned.

The Dell Rewards program is free to join and allows you to earn 3% back in rewards on purchases, which can be used on a wide selection of top-brand electronics. Members also get access to exclusive offers. Current promotions include earning 2,500 bonus points on any Inspiron 7441 and 5,000 bonus points on any XPS 9345 or Latitude 7455 with on-device AI, valid until September 12. Additionally, you can earn 2,500 bonus points by upgrading to 36-month McAfee Business Protection or McAfee+ Premium until November 1.

Dell will price match computers and electronics if you find a lower advertised price on the same item at select retailers, including Amazon, Walmart and Best Buy. Not to be outdone by its competitors, Dell also price matches its PCs and monitors to equivalent products sold by HP, Lenovo and Apple. To be eligible, both products must match a number of key specifications. Just contact Dell’s customer service team to confirm eligibility for the price match.

If you find a product you like at Dell, you don’t need to wait until the next big sale to get a great price. Items bought from Dell.com have a 30-day price guarantee. If you see a lower price advertised within 30 days of your purchase, you can contact Dell’s customer service and get a refund for the difference.
