About Dearfoams
About Dearfoams
DearFoams has been bringing cozy comfort into households for decades. Known for their ultra-soft slippers and lounge-ready footwear, the brand creates styles for women, men, and kids that make every day feel like a staycation. With plush linings, memory foam soles, and seasonal collections that keep up with style trends, DearFoams has become a household favorite. Whether you’re slipping on shearling slides in the winter or lightweight moccasins for summer evenings, their focus is the same: comfort that lasts, at prices that feel just as good.
Questions shoppers ask about Dearfoams
What is DearFoams’ shipping policy?
DearFoams ships to all 50 states, Washington D.C., U.S. territories, and even military addresses like APO and FPO. Orders over $45 ship free, while smaller orders start at $12.95. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, though faster methods are available for an additional fee. Pro tip: if you’re close to the $45 threshold, add a sale accessory to your cart instead of paying for shipping outright.
What is the return and exchange policy?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they’re in original condition. Returns are initiated online and processed quickly, but note that “final sale” items are not eligible. Shoppers say exchanges for sizing are the smoothest option. They’re free and often faster than refunds.
Does DearFoams offer price matching?
No, DearFoams doesn’t currently have a price-matching policy. However, their seasonal sales and hero discounts often bring prices lower than competitor offers. Many shoppers wait for holiday promos or bundle sales to get the best value.
How do I use discounts at checkout?
During checkout, enter your discount code in the “Promo Code” box on the Shopping Bag page. Codes from email or SMS signups apply instantly, while ID.me or Student Beans verification automatically triggers the eligible discount. Only one promo can be used per order, so choose the highest-value offer available.
