Questions shoppers ask about David's Cookies
What is the shipping and delivery policy?
Orders are shipped fresh via UPS. Standard shipping typically arrives within two days, while expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Because items are baked to order, same-week shipping requires placement before a mid-week cutoff. Orders placed after that point ship the following Monday to ensure freshness.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, returns aren’t accepted. However, if there’s an issue with your order, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
How do I apply discounts and gift cards?
At checkout, enter discount codes or gift card numbers, and eligible promotions will apply automatically. Rewards members should log in to redeem Brownie Points.
Are David’s Cookies safe for people with allergies?
David’s Cookies products are made on shared equipment and may contain traces of nuts, soy, milk, or eggs. Customers with allergies should review ingredient details or contact customer service for specific information. For gluten-sensitive customers, David’s Cookies also offers certified gluten-free items made in a dedicated facility.
