About DAFNI
About DAFNI
Straightening and styling hair with a brush rather than a flat iron sounds simple, and that simplicity is exactly what DAFNI engineered its heated brush around. Ceramic plates built into the bristles deliver even, controlled heat that smooths the hair in a single pass without the repeated clamping that causes damage over time. Busy people who want a faster morning routine without sacrificing hair condition have made it a popular alternative to traditional straightening tools.
Questions shoppers ask about DAFNI
What is DAFNI's return policy?
Return electrical tools in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. This applies only to tools, not accessories, DAFNI KLIX, or cosmetics. Contact service@dafnihair.com directly for damaged or defective items instead of using the standard return process.
Does DAFNI offer a warranty?
Yes, a 2-year warranty covers DAFNI tools against manufacturing defects. This warranty runs separately from the 30-day money-back guarantee, giving longer-term protection once the return window closes. Contact DAFNI directly to start a warranty claim if your tool stops working correctly.
What is DAFNI's shipping policy?
Orders over $40 ship free within the U.S. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and arrive within 7 business days after that. Below the $40 threshold, standard shipping costs $6.99 for domestic orders.
Does DAFNI ship internationally?
DAFNI currently ships only to the U.S and Canada. Canada orders ship free over $99, with a $19.90 fee below that threshold. Contact service@dafnihair.com if you're located elsewhere to ask about availability in your region.
