This merchant offers same-day shipping for most items ordered before 3 p.m. ET Monday through Friday. Orders with engraving or customization require one to three business days to process before shipping. This merchant's office and warehouse facility are closed for shipping on most Federal holidays.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Shipping options are calculated with a live rate at checkout. These are the prices quoted to the merchant by carriers, and use of a certain carrier or method is not guaranteed.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for refund, or within 30 days for store credit or exchange. If any exceptions to our return policy are made, your return may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Sale, special order, and personalized items are not subject to return or refund.

After a return has been received, it may take five to seven business days for the merchant to process. If using a credit or debit card, refunds will be credited directly to your account; however, it may take three to five business days for this to reflect on your statement depending on your bank's policies. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. If payment was processed via PayPal, the merchant will process a refund back to your corresponding account. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your return has been processed.
