Your order ships from the Bethlehem, PA warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Free shipping applies automatically on orders of $150 or more through the free Elite Advantage program. CIGAR.com excludes Utah and Hawaii from delivery, and oversized items over 10 lbs may incur extra shipping charges. Colorado orders include a small $0.27 retail delivery fee per sale.

Does CIGAR.com offer international shipping?

No, International shipping remains unavailable at CIGAR.com due to exportation laws and tariffs tied to tobacco products. Your order ships exclusively within the United States, including APO/FPO US Military addresses and U.S. territories like Puerto Rico and Guam. PO Box deliveries require a USPS shipping method.

What is CIGAR.com's return policy?
