Questions shoppers ask about Cheapest Airport Parking
How do I cancel my parking reservation?
You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in by emailing the support address provided on your confirmation email. They don't offer refunds if you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before your service needs.
Are shuttle services included with my parking reservation?
Many parking facilities offer complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport. However, it's advisable to confirm shuttle availability and operating hours with the specific parking lot before your arrival. Keep in mind that Cheapest Airport Parking works with a lot of independent organizations, and that means they all have their own terms and conditions.
Can I modify my reservation dates after booking?
To change your reservation dates, you'll need to cancel your existing booking (if it's more than 24 hours before check-in) and make a new reservation with the updated dates. There's no cost for doing this. If things change last minute, contact customer service to see if they can offer a change.
What happens if I stay longer than my booked parking period?
If you exceed your booked parking period, the parking facility may charge you for the additional time at their standard rates. It's recommended to inform the facility if you anticipate a longer stay. They will work with you to keep costs in line with your original charge.
