You can return unworn shoes within 45 days for a full refund using the Happy Returns network, which has over 2,600 drop-off locations nationwide. Drop-off returns are free, and your refund is initiated immediately upon drop-off. If you prefer to mail your return, a $7 fee is deducted from your refund. Shoes must be returned in their original box, and final sale items are not eligible for return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Standard ground shipping takes 5 to 7 business days after your order ships. Bzees ships Monday through Friday, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses within the continental United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii require 2nd Day Air and carry standard expedited shipping rates plus a $5.50 per-item surcharge. Bzees cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

At checkout, you can select Zip to split your shoe purchase into four interest-free payments over six weeks. After entering a few basic details, you'll receive an instant approval decision. If approved, your linked card is charged every two weeks in four equal installments until the full balance is paid off. The plan is managed directly through the checkout payment options.
