About Peel
About Peel
Most phone cases add bulk and cover up the device design people paid to have. Peel takes the opposite approach. Its ultra-thin cases and screen protectors are engineered to protect without adding noticeable weight or changing how a phone feels in the hand鈥攏o logos on the outside, no branding that draws attention to itself. The result is protection that almost disappears, which is exactly what people who spent real money on a well-designed phone tend to want.
Questions shoppers ask about Peel
What is Peel's return policy?
Return unused products within 30 days of delivery, and Peel provides a prepaid return label. You can choose a refund to store credit, which includes shipping costs, or a refund to your original payment method for the product cost only.
Can I exchange my Peel purchase?
Yes, within 30 days of your purchase, but only for the same item. You'll need to cover shipping on the new exchange order yourself, along with any customs or duty fees if you're exchanging from outside the U.S.
What items are excluded from Peel's warranty policy?
Items received free through a promotion, like Buy One Get One offers or a competition prize, aren't eligible for a refund. They still qualify for warranty coverage, though. Used glass screen protectors can only get store credit or a replacement, not a refund.
Does Peel ship internationally?
Yes, though international customers cover the cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes on any returned, exchanged, or replacement items sent back to Peel. Prepaid return labels are only available for domestic returns within the U.S.
