It provides the largest training library in healthcare by bringing together content from major publishers, leading specialists, and faculty at the best teaching programs.
Questions shoppers ask about Board Vitals
What does Board Vitals' refund policy say?
Unfortunately, Board Vitals doesn't offer refunds once you purchase a subscription, unless you develop a health complication that prevents you from accessing its resources. However, if you accidentally buy a plan or buy the wrong one, you should contact Board Vitals' support team within 48 hours so they can help find a solution.
How do I use Board Vitals promo codes?
Like most sites, you'll apply Board Vitals discount codes in the checkout page. However, you can only use one Board Vitals discount code per order. At the checkout page, look for a box marked "Have a promo code," click on it, and type your coupon code, then click Apply.
What is the Pass Guarantee policy?
Board Vitals guarantees that if you buy the Prepare and Master Plans, you'll pass your board exams. If you fail after using either of these plans, Board Vitals promises to offer you a free subscription to the plan you had purchased for as many times as you need to resit your exams.
What support options are available if I encounter issues with the platform?
Board Vitals provides resources on its website should you experience difficulties with the platform. If none of the resources seem to help, you can reach Board Vitals' support team by emailing them at support@boardvitals.com. Unfortunately, you can't reach Board Vitals on call.
