About BloomNation
About BloomNation
BloomNation is an online marketplace that allows local florists to showcase and sell their arrangements under their own brand. It gives small floral businesses the tools to build their own online storefronts, manage orders, and grow their businesses without losing their brand identity. Florists can access customers directly on BloomNation instead of being locked into generic catalog arrangements or competing in crowded national networks. Florists also benefit from enhanced visibility in local searches. They can use BloomNation discounts and BloomNation coupon codes to showcase uniquely crafted floral designs affordably.

What's the shipping policy?
Since BloomNation provides a set of digital tools to manage your floral business, you gain access to the marketplace, website tools, and dashboard immediately after completing your onboarding payment or subscription. This lets you set up your storefront and start accepting customer orders.
What's the refund policy?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by BloomNation's customer support staff and may depend on the promotional offer and the specific plan selected during signup. How do I receive payouts from customer orders?
