They have everything from ergonomic task chairs to banquet tables, and the focus is on durability at a price point businesses can actually work with. Questions shoppers ask about BizChair
Can I return something if it doesn’t work out?
Yes, most items can be returned within 30 days as long as they’re new, unopened, and unassembled. Once you put furniture together, it’s not eligible for return, so it’s smart to double-check dimensions and specs before breaking out the tools.
What if my order arrives damaged?
While BizChair packages items carefully, freight damage can happen. If you spot an issue, contact claims@theubiquegroup.com right away with photos. They’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.
How fast will my order ship?
Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Larger shipments are sent by freight carriers, who will call to schedule a delivery window that works for you.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
You’ll need to move quickly. BizChair processes orders fast, so cancellation isn’t guaranteed once it’s in motion. The best bet is to call customer service immediately and see if they can intercept it.
Does BizChair furniture come with a warranty?
Yes, most BizChair items include a limited manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship. The coverage length depends on the product type (office chairs often have multi-year warranties, while tables and accessories may have shorter terms). If something fails under normal use, reach out to customer service with your order details to start a claim.
