Questions shoppers ask about Bemz
What is Bemz's shipping and delivery policy?
When you place an order, Bemz will ship your items after three to four weeks. This is to allow its seamstresses time to make your items to perfection. After that period, your order will reach you within seven to 14 working days. If you're in the U.S., Bemz uses DHL to deliver packages to your specified delivery address.
Can I return or exchange the items I buy from Bemz?
Yes, you can return items you buy from Bemz within 14 days of receiving it. To begin the process, you'll need to fill out a return form. There are items, though, that you can't return, including made-to-measure curtains, Steamery products, Söderhamn spare parts, and fabric per meter.
How do I apply coupons at Bemz?
At checkout, fill out your discount code in the box marked "Discount Code." Ensure you use a valid code because they only last for limited periods and may not work for certain products.
Can I use multiple discount codes at once?
No, Bemz only allows you to use one discount code per order. You also can't redeem discount codes for cash or vouchers.
