Avenue currently offers standard shipping for all orders within the U.S. Most orders are shipped within three business days of being placed and arrive within seven to 19 business days after being shipped. Delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses may require up to 20 business days for delivery. Shipping costs $7.95 for orders under $100, while all orders over $100 ship for free. No code is required and free shipping is automatically applied. Unfortunately, international and express shipping is not available.

What is Avenue's return and refund policy?
Avenue takes the stress out of ordering online. They offer risk-free online shopping with a flexible return policy. Qualifying purchases can be returned within 90 days from the shipping date on your original packing slip. Merchandise must be in new, original and resalable condition, with all swing tags and labels attached. You can return your items by mail or in person at a Happy Returns location. If you return your order by mail, a shipping label cost of $7.95 will be deducted from your return amount. Shipping charges do not apply to in-person returns. Happy Returns makes it possible to return without any boxes or labeling and you’ll receive your refund instantly.

On purchases of $35 or more, Avenue shoppers can select Klarna or Afterpay at checkout to pay for their items over time. For qualified customers, these options split the purchase total into four equal payments with no interest fees. The initial payment is due at the time of purchase, and remaining payments are made every two weeks.
