Artkive's refund policy is limited and depends on timing and product type. You can cancel an Artkive Box order on the same day you buy it and receive a refund minus a $5 cancellation fee. After the box ships or your artwork is photographed, orders are not refundable, and digitization costs still apply.

The timeline depends on several factors, but typically it takes a few weeks for Artkive to photograph, edit, and prepare your digital proof after receiving your artwork. Once the proof is approved, printing and shipping usually require an additional seven to 10 business days, depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

For Artkive, the initial box you send your artwork in is usually shipped within two to three business days and arrives in about seven to 10 business days after it leaves their facility. Once your art is received, the full process to create and deliver your finalized product generally spans several weeks.

Once artwork has been photographed, the order cannot be canceled. Digitization costs are still your responsibility, even if you decide not to print any products. This policy ensures that the time and effort spent creating high-quality digital files are fairly accounted for.
