Ariat's return policy offers free returns on most items within 90 days of purchase, provided they are unworn and still have their tags and original packaging intact. Products marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, and shipping charges are not refunded. Multiple items can be returned from a single order, but each return must be shipped separately using the provided packing lists and shipping labels. If the purchase was made through an authorized retailer, you must follow that return policy. To initiate a return, enter your email address and order number on the website to receive a prepaid shipping label and packing slip. Returns are processed within about 14 business days, and refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on the statement, depending on the payment method.

Once an order is placed with Ariat, no changes or cancellations can be made. However, if you are dissatisfied with an Ariat product, free domestic returns are available within 90 days of purchase. Occasionally, orders may be canceled due to fluctuating inventory levels, despite efforts to minimize these occurrences. If an order is canceled, any temporary authorization on the payment method will expire within five to 10 business days.
