How do returns work?

This merchant gladly accepts returns of unused products up to 30 days from the date of fulfillment for a refund, so long as the product is in its original condition and packaging. Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through customer service. Please provide the sales order number and the reason for the return. The merchant does not accept returned items without first opening a return claim.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns. However, if there is a manufacturing flaw, the merchant will work with you to re-produce the correct item or provide a full refund.

Returns will be subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. As part of the RMA process, the merchant will provide a shipping label. Return shipping will be covered if the issue is due to a quality defect. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Returns are processed in three to five business days and refunds can be expected five to seven business days after processing. They apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.
