42Lolita promo codes & deals

In-stock items (clothing and shoes) have a processing time of 7 to 10 business days. It takes so long because the company sources fashion from various places.

Made-to-order shoes and custom-sized dresses have an estimated time of one to two months. These items are handmade or tailored to your measurements. Production time varies by their brand partners and complexity.

Pre-orders may take several weeks to a few months. Timing depends on the brand's release schedule and production progress. You'll be notified of any updates as soon as possible.

42Lolita ships to over 80 countries, with premium shipping from DHL taking three to seven business days to arrive.

You may cancel your order at any time before it enters the fulfillment process. However, these orders are not eligible for cancellation:

• Pre-order, made-to-order, and custom-sized items that have already been confirmed with brand partners (typically within 24 hours after your payment).
• Orders that have already been shipped.
• Orders that have arrived at the warehouse for over 15 days.

If the item is at the warehouse, you can get a full refund minus $10 per item.

If you receive the wrong item, the wrong size/color, or an incomplete order, the retailer will offer either a full refund of the item cost (does not include the shipping cost) or free reshipment. Please email their team within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with clear photos as evidence.

You may return items within seven days due to personal preferences. Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving the items.
