What is 24 Hour Fitness' return and refund policy?
Since 24 Hour Fitness offers a service rather than a physical product, their “return” window is very short, but if you sign up for a membership and then suddenly wish to revoke your membership, you have three days to do so without penalty. In addition, if you know you will be out of town or otherwise unable to use your membership, you can “freeze” your membership for one whole month.
